What’s Included: 

  • (5) Weekly 2-Hour Classes: Each week, you will learn a new activity to use for daily balance and in times of crisis.

  • Wellness Session: 2 hours of distant healing including guided breathwork, body scan, somatic exercises, self-forgiveness, inner child healing, energetic cord dissolving, emotional release, invoking your empowered authentic self, sound healing, and Reiki.

Class 1: Body Connection & its Benefits

  1. You’ll be taken through a series of sensory exercises using somatic grounding techniques known to lower PTSD and panic attacks.

  2. Tap into your parasympathetic nervous system with the use of breathwork to lower heart rate and blood pressure, and release toxins from your body. 

  3. A guided body scan to mitigate stress and lower your cortisol levels.

Class 2: Mindfulness as a Magnet

  1. Learn various ways to incorporate mindfulness in your life, connect to the present moment, and live in awareness. Why? Because these practices lower anxiety and decrease depression allowing for a greater sense of peace and creative possibilities. 

  2. Grasping and understanding the principle of equanimity (mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper), is shown to improve your tolerance to distress.

  3. The application of cognitive behavioral skills that help you to change thinking patterns and reduce stress, depression, and anxiety.

Class 3: Self-Care 101

  1. You’ll learn to embrace non-perfectionism, which in turn helps lower PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. 

  2. Discover how to hear and direct your inner voice to raise self-esteem. 

  3. Embrace and embody being authentically you so you can live a life full of freedom.

Class 4: Life-skills = Lifestyle

  1. Connect all the positive aspects of your life and raise the feeling of gratitude to optimize cortisol levels in your body. 

  2. Discover how to pivot and blend with life as a skill that enables you to create the life you want for yourself. 

  3. You’ll learn how to set your future in motion and become the person you want to be. 

Class 5: Soul Connection

  1. You’ll learn about your Ikigai and how it is part of the path to finding and living your life purpose. 

  2. Lucy explains how to live for today, a technique that provides clarity and insight.

  3. You’ll be guided on becoming a blank page, leaving you feeling brand new.
